'Ahoy Matey!'

It makes sense that my job editing two sailing magazines would score us some time about the executive editor's boat. This afternoon we had the pleasure of spending a few hours aboard the Anonymous Source, 40-foot Mainship trawler. It was super, super fun for Harry who has been begging to get on a "sail-a-boat."

He spent most of the trip on the bow, pretending to steer and dodge the wake of other vessels. whenver we ventured up the fly bridge he begged "more bow!" We learned about cleats and portholes and how to wave, friendly-like, at other boats. The added bonus was the tweety-bird lifevest we got to borrow for a few hours.
